Return Policy for NARCISSE BEAUTY SECRET

Returns:
- Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Exemptions:
- Due to the nature of cosmetics products, returns are not accepted on opened, used, or tampered items for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Products bought on sale and promotion are not accepted for return.

Return Process:
1. Contact Customer Support at info@narcissebeautysecret.com to initiate a return, providing the order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. Customer Support will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with the RA number, include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
4. Ship the return package to the provided address; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it's due to an error by NARCISSE BEAUTY SECRET.

Refunds:
- Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the refund status.
- If approved, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method, with a processing time that may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Customs fees, shipping costs, and shipped subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange:
- For damaged or defective products, contact Customer Support for assistance with an exchange.

Shipping Information:
- Currently, NARCISSE BEAUTY SECRET only ships to Canada and the US. Shipments are made via Canada Post.
- A tracking number will be provided, and the estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days based on the destination.
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not available. Please provide a complete street address.
- NARCISSE BEAUTY SECRET is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
